Himalayan Promise, the wedding jewelry collection, is ​a group project done in collaboration with Copenhagen-based men's high-end jewelry brand, Shamballa Jewels.

The Himalayan Promise collection is aesthetically inspired by the beauty and rawness of the Himalayan mountains, and represents a symbolic token of love, through the incorporation of the knot of eternity symbol, and the use of gold and turquoise as seen in ancient tibetan buddhism.
This collection demanded delicate and respectful attention when it comes to the origins of the symbols used in the designs. Great care was put into researching the history and use cases of the knot of eternity motif, the significance of the marriage ritual involving gold and turquoise, all while adhering to and reflecting the brands existing core values and identity.

This project was an extremely eye opening experience and gave tremendous insight on what designing from the perspective of an established brand can be like. While no physical prototypes were made, 3D models were made in Rhino 8, and rendered using Keyshot 12 to create as accurate of an example of the collection as possible.​​
